Reiki Benefits

Reiki promotes deep relaxation by balancing and energising, preventing illnesses, reducing aches and pains, enhancing health and well-being, reducing stress, removing energy blocks, and increasing energy levels.

Thus Reiki helps speed recovery after surgical procedures, enhancing concentration, elevating self-esteem, reducing depression, improving digestion and sleep, minimising cravings, reducing anxiety, aiding in pain management, increasing patient, relaxation and confidence, and a feeling of empowerment.

Through my personal experience, I can confirm that Reiki is working, and I regret that I did not turn to Reiki years ago when I was going through multiple painful surgeries.

Still, Reiki came to me when I needed it the most when my condition deteriorated. It was a turning point and one of the main elements that got me better; I did not fully recover but reversed the condition to some extent. Reiki charges my body like you charge a battery, so I do Reiki and crystals sessions when I feel energy-depleted. Roughly, one hour of Reiki recharges you like 2 hours of sleep.

When I am in pain, and I have lived in chronic pain for many years, maybe two decades, due to knees (I had seven surgeries, referred for an eight), back problems, and arthritis, I do Reiki.

When I cannot use Reiki because I am in a public place, I use Reiki Symbols.

Reiki Symbols

The intention and the symbol’s name matter; the connection happens even if the symbol is not drawn perfectly. The symbols were kept secret in the past, and only students could learn them. You can find them easily nowadays due to modern technology and the Internet.

Cho Ku Rei

Cho Ku Rei means the ‘power’ symbol, a pure Reiki energy, empowered and brought through via this symbolic bridge.

Hei Sei Ki

Hei Sei Ki signifies the ‘emotional healing’ symbol. Thus, it is an excellent symbol if you need to heal your heart and emotions.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen signifies the symbol for distance healing and means ‘no past, present and future.’ This symbol can be used anywhere without space or time constraints.

If you need deep relaxation and to heal yourself on all levels, physical, mental and emotional, Reiki is a beautiful way to start the healing journey. If you are sceptic, then even better, try it and let me know what happens. I am not saying that Reiki will heal you in one session but definitively can beautifully complement other treatments and enhance the quality of your life. There is no limit to how many sessions of Reiki you can have, but ten sessions once or twice a week let you see the results. I used to do it twice or three times a day. However, it was me, and I could do self-reiki, but this is a different story.
