How to Live the Life You Love?

We all want to be happy, yes? It is a natural state of the core of our existence. We are eternal seekers of pleasure and happiness. No one wants to be miserable. However, how many of us make, or at least try to make, life changes that lead to living our life the way we love?

'Who does not Take a Risk will not Drink Champagne.'
So many of us are dissatisfied with our jobs, professions, relationships, friendships, appearance, and health but stay in the situation due to familiarity, so-called security, trauma bond, lack of confidence, apathy or simple laziness. There are many reasons why we stay in uncomfortable situations or relationships. I will not dwell on it here.
The point is if you are not happy, then only you can change your situation as you and only you are responsible for your life and decisions. It is all about motivation.

'Health is Wealth'
Of course, we all face difficulties, traumas, illnesses and life storms. However, after every night, a day is coming after every storm, the peace is coming. Life taught me that no problem is a problem if you are healthy. Even when we are not well, we can still focus and search for a solution to get better, and if we are determined, we will find a solution at some point, at least to some degree.

'Where is a Will, there is a Way'.
Sometimes, getting out of a toxic relationship, partnership, or situation takes time, and seeking mental and even legal help is ok. However, although it's complicated and lengthy, and we need assistance, it is better to do something, slowly but surely, than stay in the situation, and be miserable. We all need to vent, but it's like a self-projected prophecy if we get attached to the dark mood. We all sometimes need a helping hand, and luckily, if we seek it, we can reach it.
If we are unhappy about our appearance, instead of feeling low and complaining, it's better to seek a solution; it is ok to want to look good and feel happy about our looks; it's all normal. We all want to be happy and beautiful, and at the core of our existence, this is what we are, but sometimes we lose ourselves. Thus, we may have to find our inner selves and happiness again.

Tips
Surround yourself with goodhearted and positive people and cut off those who put you down and drain your energy.
Find a physical activity you like, do not force yourself to do exercises you dislike; you will not continue it, e.g., you don't like the gym but want to walk, then go for a walk for 10-15 min every day.
You love eating, me too, lol, so eat but instead of getting a kebab or hamburger from a restaurant, make a healthy version at home; if you like sweets, ok, make your own without sugar etc.
If you deal with an addiction, any type of addiction such as alcohol, drugs, sugar or even a relationship, ask for help; sometimes, we are like an ant in the toilet; the ant will not get out by itself; it needs the higher power, someone who physically can get it out. Thus, if you feel like the ant, call for help.
Finding 10 minutes a day for yourself, the inner self, when you can look deep inside yourself, meditate, practice pranayama, yoga, tai chi, or sit with your legs crossed and observe your breath, is a good start.
Redirect your focus on so something productive and positive. If you are going through something heavy, sometimes finding something to do or watch that distracts your mind or keeps you busy and productive is good.
Find a hobby, whether gardening, cooking (ideally healthy cooking), any sport, beauty, esoteric knowledge, psychology, or doing something for self-development that gives you pleasure and satisfaction.
Go out with friends, go to a SPA, have a massage, or make your SPA at home by putting candles in your bathroom, setting up relaxing music, putting bath bombs, pampering yourself with an excellent scrub etc.
Make your environment nice, clean, and aesthetic; enjoy your place with plants, candles, incense, and relaxing music.
If it is your thing, travel and explore the world; if you are a local patriot, explore your area and engage in a community project.
Try to be mindful and live in the present, do not count days; make each day count.
